Terms of Service
Governing the premium transportation and concierge services provided by LC Transpo & Concierge Nassau.
1. Service Agreement
By booking a service with LC Transpo, you agree to our specialized terms for luxury transportation. All reservations are subject to vehicle availability and chauffeur scheduling. We maintain a strict policy of discretion and security for all high-profile transfers.
2. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellations made more than **24 hours** before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee of up to 50% of the total booking value to cover chauffeur mobilization costs.
3. Liability & Insurance
All our vehicles are fully insured under Bahamian law for commercial passenger transport. LC Transpo is not responsible for personal items left in the vehicle, though our lost-and-found protocol is highly rigorous and discreet.
4. Elite Protocol
We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest displaying aggressive or unsafe behavior. Our chauffeurs are elite professionals; their safety instructions must be followed at all times.
